By paying the above amount, vendor agrees to all the terms and conditions of The She Said Project, including, vendor shall not market from the stage and shall not have control above The Producer regarding the speaker selection and content of the conference. Vendor also understands that Producer is bound by all the terms and conditions of The She Said Project.
